After a slight delay, Metro Boomin finally releases his long-awaited sophomore album, Heroes & Villains.

For the producer and rapper’s latest effort, he taps a handful of star-studded guests throughout the 15-track set. Travis Scott and 21 Savage both appear on “Niagara Falls (Foot Or 2)”, while Chris Brown and Future join forces on “Superhero (Heroes & Villains).” 21 Savage also makes appearances on “Umbrella” with Young Nudy, “Creepin” with The Weeknd, and “Walk Em Down (Don’t Kill Civilians)” featuring Mustafa.

Other guests include Gunna (“All The Money”), Don Toliver (“Too Many Nights”, “Around Me”, “I Can’t Save You”), John Legend (“One Time”), and the late Takeoff who makes a posthumous appearance on “Feel The Fiyaaaah”, which also features A$AP Rocky.

Heroes & Villains is also accompanied with a short-film that was released days prior to the album release. The 6-minute clip also co-stars Young Thug, Gunna, and Morgan Freeman.

Heroes & Villains is the follow-up to Metro Boomin’s 2018 debut album, Not All Heroes Wear Capes, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts. In 2020, he scored another chart-topping project with Savage Mode 2, his collaborative album with 21 Savage.
