Young Thug ‘s Barter 6 is still among the year’s best releases, and one of the best parts of the project is Wheezy’s production.
More or less the reason the album doesn’t simply play like a Quan-less sequel to the Rich Gang tape (though that still sounds great in its own right) is the addition of Wheezy’s delicate sounds, adding a meditative feel to contrast London On Da Track’s more colorful numbers.
