Scott Hendy aka Boca 45 - a UK native and long sought after DJ - has been an institution for over 20 years, known for spinning rapid fire mixes of bone-cracking breaks, hip hop and R&B hits, funk jams and heavy soul, all of which considerably influence the sounds heard on his new project Forty Five.

A celebration of his 45th year on Earth, Forty Five is Boca's life story in twelve cuts; the soundtrack to an immersion in sound; an honest personal statement and the result of a decades-long dedication to donuts and scratching 7" 45s from Bristol to Belfast.

The first featured single, "Brian Munich's Theme" showcases some of the heaviest influences on Boca's discography with a dynamic funk beat, infectious guitar riffs and light organ keys reminiscent of a golden age of musical exploration and experimentation.
